Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
• Remaining balance due at appointment

Hair Preparation

• Hair must be clean, blow-dried, and free of oils/products
• Additional detangling may result in an extra fee

Late Policy

• 15 minute grace period
• After 15 minutes, appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited

No Show Policy

• No show are not eligible to rebook

Guest Policy

• No extra guests unless being serviced 
• Kids may have one guardian only

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Must be done 48 hours in advance
• Deposits are transferable one time only
